SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
– Some of our products are hand-made to order.

– Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details.

– In case of pre-order items, the delivery date will be confirmed before payment procedure.

– All orders are shipped from our shop using registered mail.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN THAILAND
– Shipping rate are calculated by weight.

– Please allow 3-7 working days (from the shipping confirm date) for your goods to reach the destination.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
– Delivery times for international shipping will vary depending on the country the item is being shipped to.

– We ship internationally and shipping fees are calculated by weight and location. You can use the basket’s shipping estimator to calculate your shipping fees.

– When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

– Your shipment does not include any import duties or applicable government taxes. If your country levies taxes on the value of your purchase, the customs will instruct the mail carrier to collect these fees from you upon delivery.

– The Raya Curated Collection is not responsible for packages held at customs or at any other point by the destination country.

 

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
– Once an order has been placed on our website, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason.

– If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order.

 

PRODUCTS
– As all of our products are made by hand, there may be slight variations in colour, size and in the details of the items from what is pictured on the website. These variations are part of the character and charm of each individual, one-of-a kind piece.

– Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only.

– We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours however, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

– The inclusion of any product or services in this website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products and services will be available at any time.

– We have provided full information on the nature and material of each of our products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to the ascertain whether or not the item fulfills the legal requirements for importation in their home country.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the items are:

1. The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
3. If notification is given within 7 days of receipt of goods
4. The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
5. The items are shown to be defective.

Please note we do not refund/exchange items that are specifically marked as FINAL SALE items. When purchasing a FINAL SALE item, the customer is aware that the goods cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. If there is a difference in cost, the customer will be contacted directly via email.

 

REFUNDS
– If you have placed an order on an item that, for any reason, cannot be delivered, we will promptly refund you your money. In cases of returned items, once your return has been received and inspected we will proceed the refund via your original payment method.

– Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping, unless deemed faulty.

 

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
– To apply for a return or exchange, please email us at info@therayacuratedcollection.com with your original order details as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange your purchase. Please print, fill out and include the exchange/return form along with your exchange/return parcel.

– Upon receiving the goods, we will assess the items and if in good order, we will offer an exchange, or refund. Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of inventory. If the garments do not meet the requirements mentioned above, the items will be sent back to the recipient.

– Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s credit card or account. Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is deemed faulty.

– Return shipping must be pre-paid via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
